You can return or exchange any eligible product within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • It must be in resalable condition with all original tags and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Health & Beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
